Cancellation Policy:
Advance Purchase rates are fully prepaid at the time of booking and are non refundable and non transferable.

Flexible rates allow free cancellation until 4pm the day prior to arrival. If cancelled after 4pm the day before or in case of no-show, the first night rate of the reservation will be charged.

 

Check-in/out:
Check in time is from 2.00pm (unless by previous arrangement )
Check out time is before 11.00 am

 

Children and Extra Bed Policy:
Children and families are welcome at this family friendly hotel.
Family rooms are available. Cots and high chairs are available.

Charges may apply for cots and extra beds in rooms.

 

Credit and debit cards:
The hotel accepts all major credit and debit cards including Amex. Diners Club and Solo cards are not accepted. Credit card charges apply (not debit cards), 3.5% fo Amex, 2% for other credit cards.

 

Damages:
Delayed or amended charges. A charge will be applied to the value of repairs required for damages to fittings and furnishings which are found in bedrooms subsequent to a guest’s departure. If smoking is detected in bedrooms then a charge of £100 will automatically be made.

20 % VAT is included.

There is a huge number of local activities, tours and attractions in and around Glasgow. Please contact us before arrival if you need any advice or wish to book an activity or a local guide to give first hand advice. Also our reception team is always available pre-arrival to assist you in any aspect of your stay, from local car hire and travel, to theatre and event tickets and information.

 

Meal Plan:
Continental breakfast with a selection of hot breakfast items are available daily to all hotel guests.
Breakfast is served weekdays from 7.00 am until 10.00 am. From 7.30 am until 11.00 am Saturdays and Sundays.

Our sister hotel - Holiday Inn Glasgow Theatreland -  which is situated next door, has an AA rosette restaurant La Bonne Auberge, where lunch, light bites and evening meals are served.
